AM Club | Embraced by the Renaissance

Special guided tour of the exhibition The Renaissance in Brescia and the Tosio Martinengo Art Gallery, with an aperitif for subscribers.

In the rooms of the Santa Giulia Museum, paintings by the great masters of Brescian painting, from six American museums and prestigious Italian and European collections, dialogue with rare and precious objects such as ancient musical instruments, armour, tapestries and majolica plates. The route gives a vivid picture of the thoughts, feelings, objects and protagonists that animated the life of the city during the Renaissance.

Afterwards, accompanied by the guide, we will continue with a visit to the Tosio Martinengo Art Gallery.

The itinerary in the Pinacoteca will allow visitors to delve into the roots of the Brescian pictorial language, unique in the national panorama. It will start from the undisputed father of naturalism, Vincenzo Foppa, to admire masterpieces from the height of the Renaissance period, including Savoldo, Romanino and Moretto.

• 10.30 a.m: Meet at the Santa Giulia Museum ticket office.
  Museum Pass reading procedure at the ticket office.
• Approx. 12.00 noon/12.15 p.m: Arrival at the Tosio Martinengo Art Gallery.
  At the end of the visit, light refreshments will be offered.
