The MUSEUMS SUBSCRIPTION APP is reserved for users who are at least 14 years old. We therefore invite those who are not yet of this age not to register, and those under the age of 18 to be assisted by their parents/guardians.
By downloading and installing the App on their device, the individual user declares their acceptance of these Terms of Service and Use, confirmation of which will also be requested later when registering an account. The Terms of Use are available in their most up-to-date version at [link].
Users are given the possibility by ASSOCIAZIONE ABBONAMENTO MUSEI to register, by creating a free account, and the possibility to enjoy the contents offered on the platform. In case users have purchased a Museum Subscription, they are considered as Consumer Users, (hereinafter also referred to as "Customer" or "Purchaser") understood as natural persons who, in relation to the purchase of the Products, act for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, handicraft or professional activity carried out.
Use of the App is restricted to users who are at least 14 years of age. We therefore invite those who are not yet of this age not to register, and those under the age of 18 to be assisted by their parents/guardians.
The user is prohibited from using the App to carry out indiscriminate information gathering actions through automated tools (so-called web scraping). ASSOCIAZIONE ABBONAMENTO MUSEI reserves the right to take legal action to enforce its rights.
Under no circumstances may the Customer alter, change, modify or adapt the APP, nor the material made available by ASSOCIAZIONE ABBONAMENTO MUSEI
Downloading the APP (available from the App Store - Apple and Google Play Store) and registering is free of charge; use of the account is reserved exclusively for the User, and cannot be transferred to third parties. Users are required to keep their Registration Credentials confidential, and undertake to notify ASSOCIAZIONE ABBONAMENTO MUSEI without delay if they suspect undue use of them or of their account. The Registration Credentials may be changed by the Customer at any time within his or her reserved area, through the APP and through the password recovery function.
The Abbonamento Musei APP allows subscribers to show the QR code of their Abbonamento Musei card for validation at the ticket office (instead of the physical card), to view their subscriptions and admissions as well as to accumulate points through visits to museums, exhibitions, venues and events involved in the programme, and to redeem the related free gifts and discounts achieved.
The Museum Subscription APP can be downloaded free of charge from the App Store - Apple and Google Play Store.
The APP can be used, in its entirety, only by holders of Abbonamento Musei, by logging in with the credentials (email and password) of their personal account in the User Area of Abbonamento Musei. The unique personal account allows access to the APP and to the User Area of the Abbonamento Musei website https://shop.abbonamentomusei.it/
For those who do not have these credentials, it is necessary to make a new registration, creating your personal account directly from the APP or from the Abbonamento Musei - User Area website https://shop.abbonamentomusei.it/
Only one registration per user is possible. Multiple registrations will be subject to cancellation.
The Customer guarantees that the information provided during the registration procedure on the Site is complete, correct and truthful. In the event that false statements are made, ASSOCIAZIONE ABBONAMENTO MUSEI, after a formal and unaccepted invitation to self-correction, has the right to delete the account.
The Customer is solely responsible for accessing the APP and the Website using the Registration Credentials and is directly liable for any damage or prejudice caused to ASSOCIAZIONE ABBONAMENTO MUSEI or to third parties as a result of the violation of the rules deriving from these Conditions or the law as a result of improper use, loss, misappropriation by third parties or the failure to protect adequate secrecy of their Registration Credentials. All transactions carried out through the account, and the Registration Credentials are deemed to be carried out by the Customer to whom they relate.

Holders of Abbonamento Musei Piemonte Valle d'Aosta, Abbonamento Lombardia Valle d'Aosta and Abbonamento Musei Formula Extra, in possession of an Abbonamento Musei account. The login of your account on the Abbonamento Musei APP is indispensable to use it.
