About us: The Abbonamento Musei Association is a non-profit organisation whose primary objective is the improvement, knowledge and enjoyment of museums and the enhancement of the cultural heritage of the Piedmont, Lombardy and Valle d'Aosta regions. We promote and organise projects and services for cultural institutions, including the management of the Abbonamento Musei card, which allows unlimited access to over 480 museums for a whole year.
Professional profile: The Association is looking for a IT Support Junior to integrate our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to internal users and partner museums, ensuring the proper functioning of the association's IT systems.
Responsibility:
- Provide daily technical assistance to internal and external users (museums and points of sale of the Abbonamento Musei network) for hardware and software problems.
- Manage and resolve support tickets via the help desk system dedicated to museums and points of sale.
- Respond promptly and professionally to help desk requests.
- Carry out preventive maintenance on IT devices.
- Support the configuration and updating of enterprise software and applications.
- Upload and update data to the database and internal management system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure security and efficiency of the technology infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in computer science or technology.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
- Ability to solve hardware and software problems.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Customer orientation and strong attention to detail.
Working Conditions: The place of work may be in Turin or Milan, with the possibility of smart working. We offer a contract full-time fixed-termwith the prospect of permanent employment. The candidate will report directly to the IT Area Manager.
