Located within the Cascina Vigna Park, not far from the Lanca di S. Michele Nature Reserve, it houses various collections and collections (ornithological, ichthyological, mineralogical and entomological), as well as interesting dioramas on different natural environments.

At the entrance, the museum's activities in the two fields of research and scientific outreach are described.
The first large room is dedicated to dioramas of some regional natural environments (high altitude, night forest environment, cultivated plain, pond and river bed).
This leads to the vertebrate hall, where the five main groups of vertebrates (fish, amphibians, reptiles, birds and mammals) are represented.
The third room is dedicated to the world of minerals, with an important collection of finds from all over the world.
A room is being set up for the representation of the history of zoology.
