At the centre of this urban epic is Eco City Laba monument to sustainability created by Wilmer Archiutti and his team of LAB Literally Addicted to Bricks. Every corner of this ecological city is a masterpiece of irony and perfection, with solar panels, CO2-breathing trees and state-of-the-art anti-smog systems.

La Offshore Wind Farma forest of wind turbines, symbolises the power of human and technological collaboration, generating energy for the development of the city. But Eco City Lab is also a living community with a university, library and gymnasium.

Cartoon characters are hiding in the streets as a threat approaches: it is up to the inhabitants to defend their home from the attacks of Joker.
