XXVI Edition of Historical Walks

A journey through history, culture and nature in the Chisone, Germanasca and Pellice Valleys

The eagerly awaited appointment with the Historical Walks , reached their XXVIth edition. Curated by the Waldensian Museum of Torre Pellice and the Eco-historical System of the Waldensian Valleys , the initiative offers a rich calendar of guided excursions designed for those who wish to discover the area in an engaging way, combining trekking with knowledge of local history and traditions.

📅 When and Where

• Period: 14 June to 3 October 2026.
• Territory: Chisone, Germanasca and Pellice Valleys (Pinerolo alpine valleys).

🥾 Experience

The hikes will take place along ancient paths, characteristic villages and places symbolic of collective memory. Each route will be enriched by the presence of companions and scholars of the area , ready to offer insights and stories on:

• Testimonies of the past and historical architecture.
• Vicissitudes related to the Waldensian presence in the valleys.
• Aspects of daily life and traditions that have marked local identity.
• Areas of great natural and environmental interest.
