Antonelli in a big way

A cycle of three not-to-be-missed appointments at the Castle of Novara to discover Alessandro Antonelli, the architect and the man. An extraordinary review developed in collaboration with the Circolo dei Lettori Foundation and edited by writer and historian Marco Scardigli.

The Meetings Programme

  • A journey to discover the historical figure of Antonelli contextualised in his era.

• Antonelli's “HOW” and “WHAT” - Between architectural conception and construction capacity
  • A technical and visionary insight into his works and construction genius.
  • Con: Marco Scardigli, Marco Bozzola (architect) and Franco Bordino (architect and architectural historian).

📅 Tuesday 23 June

• Antonelli “WHY” - The need for greatness, between excellence and excess
  • An intimate and psychological analysis of the monumental drive that characterised the architect's life.
  • Con: Marco Scardigli.
